Refund and Cancellation Policy

When you can get your money back, how long it takes, and what is not refundable.

We would rather you did not buy something that turns out to be wrong for you, so please use the free preview lessons on every subject before purchasing. Where a purchase does need to be reversed, this is how it works.

Cooling-off period

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have watched less than 20% of the paid content in that purchase.

Both conditions matter. The watch limit exists because course access is delivered immediately and in full — without it, a course could be consumed and then returned. Progress is measured automatically from your viewing history.

What is not refundable

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Purchases where more than 20% of the content has been watched.
  • Live classes that have already taken place.
  • Test series where you have already attempted one or more tests.
  • Accounts suspended for breaching the Terms of Use, including sharing or redistributing content.

When we refund outside those rules

We will refund regardless of the above where the fault is ours:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Payment was taken but access was never granted.
  • The content you paid for was withdrawn and not replaced during your validity period.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented access for a sustained period and we could not resolve it.

How to request a refund

Write to us through the contact page with the mobile number on the account, the course or test series purchased, and the reason. Requests are acknowledged within 2 working days.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 working days. The money reaches you according to your bank or card issuer’s timelines, usually a further 5 to 7 working days. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else.

Purchases made through the Google Play billing system are subject to Google’s refund process, and may need to be requested through Google Play rather than from us.

What happens to access

Access to the refunded content ends when the refund is approved. Your account itself stays open, along with anything else you have bought.

Cancellation

Courses are sold for a fixed validity period rather than as an auto-renewing subscription, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge. We will never charge you again without a fresh purchase. When a validity period ends, access simply stops.
