Terms of Use

The agreement between you and E3 when you use this site or buy a course.

Last updated 23 August 2026

These terms govern your use of E3 (Edu Exam Experts), operated by Edu Easy India Pvt Ltd, A, 11, 1st Main Rd, Mahaganapathi Nagar, 6th Phase 1st Stage, Rajaji Nagar Industrial Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010 (“E3”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Who can use E3

You must provide a working mobile number, which we use to sign you in and to contact you about your purchases. You are responsible for keeping access to that number. If you are under 18, you may use E3 only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

  • One account is for one person. Accounts are signed in on one device at a time — signing in elsewhere ends the earlier session.
  • You may not share your account, your login code, or paid content with anyone else.
  • We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being shared, resold, or used to copy content.

3. What you are buying

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access specific content for the validity period shown at checkout. It is access for a period, not ownership of the material, and it does not transfer any intellectual property to you.

Validity begins on the date of purchase and is stated on the product before you pay. When it ends, access to that content stops. We show a reminder in the app before it does.

4. Content and availability

We add to and revise courses over time. Individual lessons, live classes and tests may be added, updated, rescheduled or withdrawn. We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may take it down for maintenance.

Live and recorded classes depend on faculty availability. Where a scheduled live session cannot go ahead, we will reschedule it or make a recording available where possible.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card or banking details. A purchase is complete only when the payment provider confirms it.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Record, download, screen-capture, re-upload or redistribute any part of the paid content.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, or use automated tools to scrape the service.
  • Post unlawful, abusive or misleading material anywhere the service allows you to submit content.
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your association with E3 or its faculty.

Breaching this section may result in suspension or termination without refund, and we may pursue remedies available in law.

7. Intellectual property

All video, notes, question banks, branding and site material are owned by E3 or licensed to us. Copying or distributing them is a breach of these terms and of copyright law. Question papers and mock tests are our original compilations; where they reference previous years’ public examination questions, those references remain the property of the relevant examining body.

8. No guarantee of results

E3 is exam preparation material. We do not promise selection, a rank, or any particular score in KPSC, FDA, SDA, PSI, PDO or any other examination. Nothing on the site should be read as such a promise.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of E3 is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed examinations or lost opportunity.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting your existing purchase will be notified to you in the app or by message. Continuing to use E3 after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can go to our contact page. Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
